Rush Order & Express Service Policy
At The Printing Press, every order is carefully scheduled to ensure each customer receives the attention and quality they deserve. While I understand that deadlines sometimes change and last-minute projects happen, accommodating a rush order often requires rearranging my production schedule, working outside normal production timelines, or delaying previously scheduled work.
For that reason, rush and express orders may be subject to an additional fee.
Rush fees are determined based on several factors, including:
The requested turnaround time.
The size and complexity of the project.
The amount of production time required.
Material availability.
Current production workload and scheduling.
Rush fees start at $10 and vary based on the production time, material availability, and scheduling required.
Please note:
Rush service is not guaranteed and is offered only when my production schedule allows.
Orders requiring design revisions or proof approvals may not qualify for rush service if timely approvals are not received.
The rush fee applies to the additional labor and scheduling required to prioritize your order and is separate from the cost of printing.
Whenever possible, I will let you know if your deadline can be met before accepting your order.
To avoid rush fees, I recommend placing orders as early as possible. Most standard print projects require approximately 24 business hours for production after final artwork approval, although larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
My goal is always to deliver exceptional quality while being as accommodating as possible. I appreciate your understanding that rush service allows me to meet urgent deadlines without compromising the quality of other customers' orders.
